When you're in the zone.

I thought I was alone until I read this (Specifically sections 2 & 3):

So I come across as a bit of an asshole in the computer science labs and always feel guilty afterwards for snapping at someone. It's not like I an angry FUCK OFF it's more like a cold speak-in-once-word-sentences-and-would-you-gtfo-expert-programmer-at-work.

Anyone else experience this or know how to handle it, I don't want to come across as a uptight-prick.
