SBCL Danbooru implementation

I want to make a non-wapanese, non-forcedindented (and no microfaggot asp crap) fast and feature-rich Danbooru clone.  Somehow I decided to use SBCL for that.  What Lisp web toolkits would you recommend?

Mhhh... CGIs written in slow ass toy languages... sweet.
