Fucken CSS

I know html/css isn't really programming but this shit is killing me.

I want to create a table with a black  border.
I want all the cells inside the table to have a red border.

Whenever I do this shit the red border of the <td>'s just overlap the border of the table.. now I've been messing around with border-collapse in CSS but this doesnt resolve my issue.

The cellspacing attribute is deprecated. Since it affects the presentation rather than the content, it is better handled as a CSS style.
