No, it's a device implementing a Von Neumann machine, with certain I/O facilities, which I should be able to use in any way I see fit, not a way imposed by the mafiaa corporations. Also, what's that which you call "e-book"? Is that some kind of mafiaa closed and uneditable format? Like PDF with even more fail? I only need a text/plain reader to read books - or whatever they may be! I consider using names such as "e-book" or "document" negative, because they tie you to a specific purpose for an octet-stream, jeopardizing your freedom to do other useful things with it. Therefore I only call my files octet-streams, which I happen to interpret and modify in one way or another out of my free will.

Same person. Are you so friendly to the fascist mafiaa that you need to ask a freedom advocate to leave, then proceed to sage it as if you were a different person who also disagreed with freedom?
I recommend you license your bowels under the GPLv3, because mafiaa corporations are already using them deeply, and they may turn it into closed-source.

Not the same person. I am >>30 and I LOL'd at >>31.

i'm procrastinating doing anything. i'm basically just sat with boards of canada playing on my uncomfy chair, thinking that i should go read the rest of neuromancer by gibson but everytime i read it i have no fucking idea what is going on. i could work on some code but it's really arsey at the moment and the documentation of the thing i'm working with sucks. i've just had a nice peanut butter and jelly sandwich. i feel like going to bed and saying "sod it" to being awake but i've only been awake for six hours. i guess i'm waiting for something funny or interesting to happen on /prog/, but it has its good days and its bad days, and mostly bad days, never good days. guess i'll click "Reply" now and consider climbing into bed after i've read your replies to this message and concluded that you are all morons
