DrScheme comes with a GUI library. PS/Tk (
http://www.t3x.org/pstk/ ) runs on many other implementations. And any decent Scheme implementation will have a C foreign function interface.
But if you're doing a large industrial application, the kind of thing that needs a GUI, Common Lisp might be a better choice anyway.
