LOL bat code

Using my funneh, I opened a friends laptop:

start>run>"cmd"
type "edit lol.bat"

then type in:

echo off
:lol:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\
iexplorer.exe http:\\goatse.cz
goto lol

Push ctrl and move down to exit. save.
Then type in "lol"

Every time they close goatse another will open. minimizing the command and hide the taskbar for MAXIMUM LULZ

Do I see a basic script? Since when is this not frowned upon on /prog/?
