Yo /p/

Hey, /p/! I'm sort of a n00blet to programming, but I want to ask all of you guys a question. I want to make my own video game. It's going to be a fighting game with 40-50 characters. Not super good graphics, probably about the same as the original Halo. Anyways, I want to know what language to start in. I was thinking C+ (I think C would be too easy for me but I don't think I could handle C++), but I've also heard good things about PHP. I do have some experience in programming though, I've made my own myspace layouts and a few for my friends.

Use HTML and Variables.

a fighting game with 40-50 characters? and graphics like halo? dude, you CAN NOT do this alone. It would take almost 10 months at the LEAST to do this. it would take at least 6 people doing models, programing, testing, marketing, ect.
try making a "Hello, world!" program FIRST.
