I need to borrow my neighbour's wireless

I need to borrow a nieghbour's wireless and they have a firewall turned on on their computer and they don't know I am on it. Is it possible to disable their firewall somehow? and the wireless is unsecured, I am connected but it is hindering my ability to use a torrent client (Utorrent) to get some things I need to fix my comp. Does anybody have a solution plz?

how do I access an admin page for a router to pass closed ports when my neighbours do not know I am on it lol.
