It might also be helpful to specify other properties that might de-wholepage the div (making sure margin:0px, padding:0px, display:block, visibility: visible) and then adding !important in case someone's rogue CSS file tries to unhinge your evil plot.

Just using Javascript like that is nice because it seems that the page is still usable; does it work even through Flash/Java?  Also why not just <body onclick="window.location='...'"> ? And my bad, it's window.location, and maybe document.location.href...
