Java Command Parameters?

Guys, this program has to execute process some command parameters, how do I do this? Grab everything args[] and then evaluate?

java RunJava --action grey --image image.jpg

java RunJava --image pedobear.jpg --action bloat --radius 5

java RunJava --image pope.jpg --action blur --tile-size 1 --x 300 --y 70 --width 20 --height 95

This is shitty. I sense exceptions. Lots of exceptions.
