Sql Express 2005 Migration, help me 4 teh win

Dear PROG,

Please help. This is a serious question I have invested much time in understand.  Your help is greatly appreciated.




I have Sql Express 2005 database (A) working on my laptop.

I have a Sql Express 2005 empty database (B) on my webhost.

My webhost allows, csv import, and the ability to run a sql query.

How do I get A onto B ?
