Languages worth knowing

I did my last exam Friday.  I'm done school.  I've done mostly Java in school and this summer it's my mission to learn C++ by doing projects of my own.

Tell me why any other programming language is worth knowing.  I think Java and C++ fills just about all niches, and neither have forced indentation of code.

Looking it up is annoying when /prog/ knows everything
