Flash

I just started working with Flash a few days ago. I've noticed that when I import an image from the library, Flash automatically applies some kind of compression upon saving - I'd like to keep everything looking as good as possible, so is there anyway to disable this?

This is /prog/, not /help me guys I'm too lazy to read the manuals for the software I'm using/. Come back when you need someone to insult Flash's object model.

Already tried that, didn't help. Thanks, though.

right click on the image in your library, and click properties, and you should see a option which says "compression", then select
"Lossless png/gif" which will give you the best quality.
OR
Click the "file" menu at the top, then "publish settings", and then the "flash" tab. you should see a "jpeg quality" setting slider bar. drag it all the way to 100% for the best quality.
