IMPROVED XML FORMAT

I like it this way better.  Far less bloated.

1. Instead of opening and closing tags, we use a simplified tag format.

<ELEMENT-NAME[ATTRIBUTE-NAME=VALUE],[ATTRIBUTE-NAME=VALUE]...>{ELEMENT CONTENTS}

2. Spaces only significant within quotes.

3. Document encased in a header like this: <<Improved-XML-Format [version="1.0"] >> { DATA }

4. Implementation example:
<<Improved-XML-Format[version="1.0"]>>{
 <root>{
  <element[attribute="ZOMG ATTRIBUTE",attribute-2="ZOMG!"]>{
   <element-2>{ "BLAH BLAH BLAH }
   <element-2[attribute="XXXX"]>{ "BLAH BLAH BLAH }
   }
  }

or:
<<Improved-XML-Format[version="1.0"]>>{<root>{<element[attribute="ZOMG ATTRIBUTE",attribute-2="ZOMG!"]>{<element-2>{"BLAH BLAH BLAH}<element-2[attribute="XXXX"]>{"BLAH BLAH BLAH}}}

it takes up less space than duplicating the tag name
i.e. <REALLYLONGTAGNAME>content</REALLYLONGTAGNAME> takes more space and more time to parse than <REALLYLONGTAGNAME>{content}
