Common Lisp for Windows

What Common Lisp you recommend for use in Windows? It would need:
- Run in real Windows console (i.e. no fake console Windows, no emacs, etc)
- Supports international keyboards (just dead keys, no IMEs or anything) in interactive mode
- Supports Unicode

So far, all I've tried failed miserable and felt like stuffing crocodiles up my anus.

I don't have Windows, I can't play, and I'm not interested, I've seen videos and it's boring, I prefer getting paid to write C++ stuff, it's more interesting and you meet intelligent people.
