traditional software companies??

What are some traditional software companies I should look out for in my hunt for a job?  By that I mean, companies who don't have "JAVA AJAX HTML WEB 2.0 JAVASCRIPT ASP.NET C# SQL XHTML" in their requirements... ie, companies that still produce software the way software is supposed to be, that hire C, C++, ASM -- heck maybe even Fortran (though I hate it) programmers.

I hate this decade.
