Is there a Firefox Extension that continuously refreshes a page for you? If not, can someone here make one for me?

Amazingly enough I just went to firefox's site and keyed in 'page refresh'. Guess what? It found something called 'ReloadEvery' which does exactly what you want. However I'm not going to link you - you'll just have to do what I did.
