my life sucks

All I do is replace fucking COM+ applications, restore SQL Server databases, fix weird Visual Basic code and reply emails from stupid programmers that dont know who to fucking Google anything (example: "uh, hello, im a fag, and I cant send email from my form ugggg your server sucks helpmeplzokthx").

Others days I have to monitor the Postfix queue all the time because of spammers, and because Clamav sucks. I also have to write dark bash scripts to restart daemons so they dont hang because of memory leaks, btw, we use FreeBSD.

In top of that, there is some PHP and ASP programming, sometimes I have to make entire systems myself, and sometimes I have to fix random fag forms.

And im not even mentioning Apache HUEG restarts time, MySQL HUEG timeload queries, and ME, who sucks even more.

NOW PLEASE TELL ME SHOULDNT I KILL MYSELF FOR THE SAKE OF GREAT JUSTICE?

Once you've replaced all COM applications, you can start replacing MySQL with PostgreSQL. Once PostgreSQL has got its head inside the office, you can start tentatively replacing Ms-SQL databases with it too. And so forth.

I've no idea what you'd do about Visual Basic. Kill it with fire, probably, or wait until it's nice and obsolete and rewrite in Perl 7 or something...
