i have an sql db name/pass/port/etc.
/r/ script to pump out every users info from the db (im dont think im proficient enough in php to write one out myself).

This is one of the most basic MySQL programs. I haven't done this stuff in years, but you could use MySQLi or something. If each user has a unique ID, like they should, you can just retrieve info from the database.
