Sup 4chan. I'm an intern at Viewpoint corporation, and they are looking for a C++ programmer. Since I have no fucking idea where to look for such things (I'm simply an intern who's still looking for a REAL job), I'll post the requirements here.
Position: C++ Software Engineer - Mid and Senior positions available
As an engineer, your role will be to define, develop, enhance and improve Viewpoint's core technologies, adding new features and maintaining current ones. You will be working with a team of talented people. You’re position in the team will depend of your experience and knowledge.
You should have a very strong C++ programming background and should consider yourself an expert. Having some 3D or 2D rendering technologies experience is a plus. You should be self-motivated and be able to contribute and propose new ideas to bring the technology to its next step.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* 2+ years experience in software application engineering.
* Extensive C++ knowledge
* Experience writing graphic applications using 3D or 2D a plus.
* Knowledge of COM and Win32 a plus
* Knowledge of Flash Development a plus
* Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with other departments and staff.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Self-directed.
* Willing to take initiative.
Education:
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree.
