Moar C and C++ stuff

As an offshoot from the big huge thread on (roughly the same topic:

I know C++ relatively well, but I want to know plain C too. Is there any good tutorial or book thing written on switching from C++ to C?

he probably doesn't know about printf scanf gets and friends
