not really programing... but how the fuck...?

I need to make a web page with a few links... nothing complicated so far. But each link must open the default email program... nothing complicated so far... now... when the knew message apears I has to have the folowing field completed:
1. To:
2. Copy To:
3. Subject
4. The message it self....

I tried with Frontpage... but as expected I wasnt able to comple more than the subject and the "TO" field... can it be done!?
Maybe it can be done... but I dont know...

Basically treat it like form fields and hope that the default email client supports the convention.
