Searching for an OK Joystick to Mouse program

I am searching for a good, free Joystick to Mouse program.

Joystick 2 Mouse 3 is a real fuck up because it has links to jewish website programmed in under each button,
making it impossible to browse the internet correctly.

I have a joystick with pedal and throtlle-scroll (z-axis maybe) function as well, so if the program has that included, it would be ideal for me.

Oh man, I had this wicked amazing program that did exactly that, it supported axises and shit.  Too bad I no longer have it.
