**I have made sure that in article 1.03 an email in response to this Document* is also considered a legally binding signature.**

You also have the legal right to ask me for proof of your signature, or if i have died or some shit, you may take this to court with google to get the proof you need.

Nice. Does this need to be notarized in the presence of a lawyer?

Name: Anonymous 2013-10-27 15:34

I would just to make it look pretty for your lawyer, and a judge

Name: We The People 2013-10-27 15:38

No, it is not necessary to have this notarized, you alone will have agreed to and signed this not, several parties which would make proof for the other party necessary if they cannot be present when you sign.

So is this to be used in response to being introduced to paperwork to sign in order to get absolute immunity and the ability to void other papers that I may be bound by that I am not aware of or aware of? Or did I misinterpret your ironic meta-paperwork?

This a counter stance to legal contracts that are over powered in their rights over you.

Such as an employment contract that says that you are unable to terminate employment and there for your contract for the rest of your life; (whataburger, walmart, etc)

and digital agreements you have not read nor plan to ever agree to.

among other things

This is a Legal firewall.

Which I might add is totally and in every way legal.

Even if it pisses a lot of people off.

Just make sure you get a Great lawyer before you implement this, or else your lawyer will be cowed.

I believe "Yes" would have sufficed. There is still the problem of getting them to sign such a agreement in response and the lack of witnesses seeing them sign and notarize your agreement in response to theirs. I'm not punching a hole in your logic, I just want to be sure that this paper will actually have some function in court instead of me being laughed out of court as I am dragged to prison for my weak defense.

Name: We The People 2013-10-27 16:02

I would get it notarized.

In all honesty you could sign the paper right their in court and have it binding, however to make it hold water in the eyes of a judge I would get it notarized before you sign something.

I wrote this in response to several employment contracts that state that they voided any contracts I had made in the past.

I therefore created this as an immunity to this foul trick.

You wouldn't have to have anyone sign this except yourself..
All this is is proof you do not consent.

If you sign a contract with some one that states that any contract you have signed before now is Null then because the third party was not present when this agreement was made, you may legally void any contract by making one your own.

At least that is my defense.
