I have noticed that Italians like to throw bananas at black people. Isn't this a waste of a potassium-rich food source?

They love black folk and throw them free bananas expecting them to catch and say "thanks for the free banana fellow citizen!", instead they pretend they find it offensive and demand monetary compensation. Pretty disgusting behavior really.

Contrary to popular belief, bananas have a very small amount of potassium compared to other foods. If anything, you should eat many more foods that have fiber.
