Diversity is a strength?

can someone explain to me how diversity is a "strength"? what exactly is the benefit of mixing people of random languages, religions, ancestries, eye colors, hair colors, height, weight, intelligence, sexual orientations, disabilities, and classes in a small localized area and forcing them to reproduce with one another? because this has never resulted in a single discovery or invention. only poverty, criminality, disease, and civil strife.

differences in people are the number one cause of war. stop the hate. separate. give every group their own land.

The more complex the brain is the longer it takes to mature.
Humans offspring is useless for years because it takes a long time for the brain to develop enough for the person to become somewhat self-sufficient.
We see some of the same in for example dolphins who are as we know one of the smartest mammals on the planet.

Obviously, no rules are without exceptions. However, black children seemingly maturing faster than other races might support the the average measurement of IQ where they are 2 points below other races and even more in the case of east-Asians.
