Diversity is a strength?

can someone explain to me how diversity is a "strength"? what exactly is the benefit of mixing people of random languages, religions, ancestries, eye colors, hair colors, height, weight, intelligence, sexual orientations, disabilities, and classes in a small localized area and forcing them to reproduce with one another? because this has never resulted in a single discovery or invention. only poverty, criminality, disease, and civil strife.

differences in people are the number one cause of war. stop the hate. separate. give every group their own land.

In 2033, slavery will have been abolished for 168 years, the civil rights movement will be 66 years old and it will have been 25 years since the first black president. Likely the economy will be stagnant and the US will be overpopulated, both hispanics and whites will be asking what the ghetto is doing with their money when they're struggling to feed their own kids and they won't accept "still recovering from slavery" as an excuse.
