Hacking the fed

With all the "hackers on steroids" running around on the boards and the general hatred for the reserve banking system how come anonymous hasn't tried to hack the federal reserve bank and redistribute the wealth to the bottom 99%?

I was thinking more along the lines of depositing insane amounts of money into the accounts of unsuspecting individuals. Granted some of the deposits would be reversed but some people would get  it and spend it faster than it could be recalled.
