More like the opposite. Even atheist Russia tries to restore it's Christianity, with the main justification being "if you don't become Christian now, you will be forced to become Muslim tomorrow"

Although I don't see how Christianity is better than Islam. Latter at least has less Jews (i.e. no Jesus and apostles).
