You could get an Indian who has had a good diet all their life, training, economic motivation to work hard and has been walking and running from an early age at a high altitude while lacking high metabolic efficiency, desirable lower limb characteristics, good skeletal-muscle-fiber composition and a good oxidative enzyme profile, all of which are genetic.
