The savior from stds

Is there anybody else out there who feels like or best bet to prevent stds from killing the populace and spreading until nearly every one is infected (in the distant future of course) is to round up all of them under the ruse of a private community for them and then slaughtering then all, including (and do this in advance) making doctors report stds to the government list and then tracking down the fewwho survive?

The only place being eaten alive by STDs is Africa. This is not our problem.
