Depends on the situation. If a gang is terrorizing a neighborhood you are going to get load of people saying "I didn't see nothing", they are trying to protect themselves and their family so their motives are not unethical. On the other hand if a bank launders money for the mafia that is a crime, they are actively participating their activities.

Why would the former not also apply to bank employers, their employees and families? What makes you think that the "mafia" or other criminal organization(s) aren't sophisticated enough to harm them or their families? Them laundering money under threat of death of them or a loved one wouldn't be "unethical", either.
That doesn't happen very often, the mafia prefer to find someone corrupt and incite them to cooperate rather than threaten everyone and raise suspicion.
I have no idea what I am doing with a computer, but I am being charged with forgery from the city of indianapolis as a scapegoat to get construction companies to obtain permits. I was on the news twice. I hired a guy to get a permit. He posted a fake one on my jobsite, now they are charging me with forgery, a class C felony...wtf do i do now? The city has reformed the division of compliance to make more money, and I have become a poster child for obtaining permits. I have lost everything...how do i fight back with no money, and now no business. They took my right to work in construction within marion county indiana. I did not even get a trial, as it was enviornmental court. I tried to get the ACLU to help, and it was answered by an arrest for forgery. If you can help me please contact me polebarnpro gmail
