I am aware that mass hysteria is something real and should be factored in. From what I've seen Stephen Conroy blacklisted sites that shouldn't have been blacklisted, he didn't charge the site owners with anything. Stephen Conroy's profile suggests that he is just a random christfag who decided to become a censorship Stephen (is that where the term comes from?), our political system is not perfect and mistakes will be made, extremists like Conroy will occasionally push things too far, but the fact there is widespread outcry over his draconian measures suggests that we are far from some kind of witch hunt.
Regardless, this issue is largely separate from reporting actual child abuse, which you should do whether you fear triggering mass hysteria or not.
That's a good snitchin site right there, by the way. I will go right ahead and add it to the list.

Our immortal god emperor Chris Hansen is omnipotent and infallible, he realizes fully that mass hysteria interferes with efforts to prevent child abuse yet he continues to insist that we report incident should we happen across them. I for one trust his infinite wisdom.
