If humanity were a pest, how dealable would we be? By dealable I mean possible ways of treatment.

Humans are the only apparent civilization capable sapient being, so what would be best is to advance science and surpass humanity, as well as all naturally evolved life, replacing it all with a new form of sapient life based on nanotechnology.
If you are imagining that some aliens visit earth and want to kill all humans, then I assume all they have to do is observe earth stealthily for a while, disable human nuclear weapons, then release their life forms on earth to assimilate it with minimal environmental damage. Or possibly fool humans into cooperating with them in order to achieve these objectives. These beings would likely have intelligence linked to supercomputers and far beyond our comprehension, they could learn a new language, analyze all of human history or plan an entire game of chess in a spit second.

Humans get exterminated through it's pop culture. I doubt that it's a coincidence that the 90's had many movies promoting the destruction of the world trade center. After the N'th movie, when the real thing hit, people were already desensitized to the carnage, just like how they are about the Connecticut tragedy.
