Can others read it and say what they think?

It isn't just that the document has layers, it is what is in the layers, their location, how some overlap, and other aspects. The layers that exist are the ones a graphic designer would create while making a forged document.

Releasing another document without all the layers doesn't make the problems with the first one go away. And it isn't even just the layers.

The media never dignified "the birthers." All they did from the beginning is ridicule anyone who questions any aspect, and ignored nearly everything about Obama's past. The idea that the media were being reasonable is nonsense, they are propagandists for the Obama administration. The media are covering up for Obama. Instead of the media doing their job investigating the powerful like in Watergate, they hide the truth.
