While combating brain drain is relatively easy (government just requires charges for education). Accepting highly educated foreigners is even more dangerous than accepting uneducated workers. Europe will end up having middle class made completely of foreign ethnicities allied with Jews, which hate Europe and has no loyalty to it. I.e. Europe thrown away it's own brain and put foreign cancer in it's place. Be ready for turmoil, like the one happened in Russia and Germany, when the large number of educated Jews infiltrated middle class.
