Yeah, I'm not going to watch a 30 minute video just to find out what you're even talking about but it seems to be about G4S so I'll summarize:
Private security firm paid millions to do security for the Olympics. They start recruiting and training last year, they didn't actually hire any of these people at the time because they'd have to pay them, instead they left all these people hanging with no communication and at the last minute said, 'Okay, are you ready now?' Most people had gotten jobs or had otherwise moved on. G4S said that it was all completely unexpected despite this clearly being a steaming pile of horse shit. And they still wanted to be paid for their contract.
