Why Russia isnt in OPEC?

If Russia exports oil, then one may ask why Russia doesnt join OPEC? The answer is simple...

Note the names "Vagit" and "Alekperov" (they aint Russian or Slavic), while OPEC hates the Jews and once used it's monopoly to attack U.S. and Israel, because of Palestinian Genocide.
