Then Persia "gave" the remnants of Ancient Egypt to Alexander the Great with barely a fight in the third century BC (331BC, I believe). That's also nearly the same year that Alexandria was christened and started to flourish as the Macedonian capital it is known for being today. Before that, there was a small Egyptian town on the coast with little worth speaking of besides good location.
Using Alexandria's existence and the death of the dynasties of Egypt; the dates are too far off to link Jewish genetics into that.
