Paraskevi Papachristou has been expelled olympics for writing the following in a casual tweet.

"With so many Africans in Greece... the West Nile mosquitoes will at least eat homemade food!!!"

Except Japan does have an army, they just call it a "self-defence" force. It's more than "a few ships" and it's deployed abroad constantly so they can defend themselves while in other countries or whatever.
