We already have the “Basic Russian” concept. Basic should mean “literate”, rather than the language of classical literature.
i.e. the Jews want to dumb down Russian, making it akin to English, which too degraded from a more flexible indo-european. Early English had all the conjugations and inflixes of Russian, but then even the word "thou" was removed.
