Why even bring up that topic to them? Like it was their fault that other Jews have committed such atrocities... It's like saying today's Germans can't be trusted because of the atrocities the Nazi fascists committed, and thus it doesn't absolve their "culturally inherent denialism". We are all humans; there's humans that do evil, does that make every human responsible and evil? I don't think so.
