Srsly, if coppers are footsoldiers in a war on the people, most of them are simply too brainwashed to see that they could just be on the wrong side. To then start killing them will just make sure they'll never listen to you. It will mark you as an unreasonable criminal element, the Enemy.
If you're too dumb to get that, then there's no more reason for me to even talk to you.
