How to obtain nuclear arms

Condition: must be middle eastern
1) Be Iran
2) Start pursuing nuclear aims
3) Claim they are for peaceful purposes
4) Begin developing nuclear arms in secret
5) Make aggressive moves to provoke Jews and the West (namely the US) while maintaining friendly relations with those who would oppose them under the guise of peace (Russia)
6) Either let the West or Jews kill your scientists or simply kill them yourselves
7) Claim legitimacy for nuclear arms on the grounds that you need to defend yourself from Jews and Americans

Iran is in the best possible position it could ever be. Considering how nuts the US and Israel are, it's easy to see either of them perform terrorist attacks in an effort to halt the program. Iran is similarly nuts and would have no trouble carrying out those same attacks on their people. No one has any reason to believe the Jews and the West so Iran gets nuclear arms without any sort of opposition. To attack Iran would cause severe backlash from the international community as all evidence points to the West and Israel as causing all the shit to begin with.
Iran will get the bomb with little to no opposition matter what simply because the US and Isreal wouldn't back the fuck down.

Iran has threatened Israel with extermination many times, and has been deceptive I'm sure. Meanwhile USA and its allies haven't exactly come to the table with clean hands. The morality of all that isn't an issue for me in nuclear real politic.

Nuclear proliferation is inevitable and the USA, however well intentioned, should give up trying to police the world. It should maintain a nuclear arsenal for its own protection and make its policy of no-preemptive-strikes but merciless retaliation very clear.

Preemptive strikes only make sense against genuine mad men, but I don't think even the most bat-shit crazy nation on the earth (Iceland) would qualify. If Iran's leaders have any instincts for self preservation my Ron Paulicy works fine. One more nuclear armed nation - big wow!
