The problem is not just with the Jamaicans and rampant crimes, a shattered economy, endemic corruption. Not one of these things will solved by becoming a republic, its with the British judicial system, for its completely gone bonkers.
Too many people can get benefits here easily, from Arabs to Indians to Caribbeans, to EU member and even the white British, anyone with a poor level of morality will not hesitate to abuse the system regardless of where they are from.
if the system is slack, and when you have idle people who have no ambition or drive to contribute towards society then they create problems for everyone else for they get everything for nothing and have not concept of work ethics.
Also people please get informed before most of you speak, if you think its easy to come from Jamaica to Britain these days you have another thing coming, getting a visa to get to this place is like trying to get into the Pentagon, the system has changed so much, that sometimes its not worth the effort, so please stop talking as if they just let the Jamaicans in for they dont.
