In the Spirit of Democracy, Independence, and Progressivism, the People of the United States are furious of how our individual tax system is and how unfair, complex and illogical it has become. With our current issues involving our tax system and how it has marked us as failures around the World regarding our innovation, economy and government transparency; I hereby petition the Federal Government under the First Amendment to balance our progressive tax system for individuals abiding by Article I, Section 8, Elastic Cause where “the Congress shall have Power…. To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into the Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested” in the U.S. Constitution.
