"rape" makes people act irrational

Name: Anonymous 2011-10-02 21:59

What is it about sex-related crimes that makes people lost their shit as opposed to crimes like murder?

Seems like a murderer is less likely to be vilified by the public than a rapist is.

What would you do if you're a parent and found out a convicted murderer was living in your neighborhood?
: "oh, everybody deserves a second chance at life, and he's paid his debt to society."

What if a convicted rapist was living in your neighberhood?
: "LAWD ALMIGHTY! HE'S GONNA RAPE THE BEEJEZUZ OUT OF MY CHILD!"

Also, sex offenders list, every single state has one.
Did you suffocate someone with your dick? Well, now your name is posted on the list.

But only a handful of states has a violent offenders list for murderers and such.

what's up wit that?

I don't know. Maybe I should arrange some angry niggers to work your virgin ass over for a few hours. We'll see how you feel about it later.

Because there's no such thing as a murder survivor (duh!), so the murdered guy can't be traumatized (physically or mentally) since he's dead already.

Also to me, rape is usually violent as well (unless the rapist took the time to be gentle and lube up or raped an unconscious victim).
So there's physical trauma AND mental trauma(embarrassment and fear of being raped).

While getting the shit beaten out of you or attempted murder is obviously physically traumatizing,
not much people will say that is more mentally traumatizing than rape.

I guess in the eyes of people, mental trauma trumps physical trauma.

Good question. I will give the matter due consideration.

Violent Offenders List? Never heard of it before.

As to why most states don't have one is because a murderer is going to spend a couple of decades in jail.
As opposed to a rapist who will only spend a fraction of that time in jail.

>murderer is going to spend a couple of decades in jail
bahahahahahaha, you really don't believe that, do you?
