Under a free market this is considered theft and regulations to prevent it are acceptable. Under statism the attempt is made to intervene in the market for arbitrary reasons on top of law enforcement thereby allowing crony capitalists into the system.

How often is anti-trust legislation used anyway? It seems to me more like corporations and state dance hand in hand while small and medium sized businesses are helpless to stop them.
I think we really need to look into this into further detail to get a clearer answer, I was reviewing the case file of a particular bankster involved with the credit crunch earlier. I might pull that up.
