can we agree to call this the teaparty downgrade?
or the boener downgrade?

or just the GOP downgrade?

this was what they were going for right? so will they own it?

Democrats didn't like the deal.  It didn't include any of the democratic proposals for revenue raising and it creates a committee for the sole purpose of avoiding a politically risky vote.  Nobody likes when their leaders are acting like cowards.  Both sides hate this deal, but if anyone should like it it would be the right since they got what they asked for (lots of cuts and no elimination of loopholes)
