Why the fuck is he stuck on that soap box as a means of fighting unemployment?
1. Not everyone can do construction; what to do with all the trained professionals displaced by the economy or allt he colelge grads who got several tens of thousands in debt to pay for their school only to come out with no fucking jobs after they graduate? Paying people shit wages to pave roads won't help people struggling to make their inflated mortgages.
2. Hand out contract to contractor, who skims a cut then hands it down to sub-contractor, who skims a cut then hands it off to another saubcontractor, who goes to Buider's Square and hires a fuckload of wetbacks while all the contractors profit while playing stupid for why everyone hired doesn't know any english. Construction jobs are great for Mexico's economy but don't do much for ours.
Wanna create jobs? Stop throwing small and mid-sized business who hire the most Americans under the bus to protect wall street's profits.
